Hi
Ladies,
I return to you with a question I
received. How do I make heels more
comfortable? Everyone has that questions and apparently no one has answered it
or at least answered it correctly. So I come to you with options! Everyone
loves choices.
Your
first delectable choice is … Heel pads! Everyone knows this but incase you don’t they are great way
to add some cushion to the heel of your foot. When you really think about all
your weight that is being pushed down onto that small area. Your feet deserve
them and they inexpensive, effective, and make a huge difference. They won’t
add any height to your foot so they won’t make your shoes any tighter.
Next
one is .. Arch Support ladies!
A full insole will help distribute the pressure throughout your whole foot
making them a lot more comfortable. The only con is that they do make yours a
bit snug. So just be aware but they are
a big help though.
Next
is toe tape.. This is a
big help for those who have hammertoe or are afraid of getting it. This just
allows you to tape your toes together so they won’t curl. It also can alleviate
some nerve pain you may have within your toes.
Also
are anti-slip heel inserts
help if your shoes are too big, feet too narrow whatever the cause the result
is preventing blisters on your feet they will help you keep your feet in place
and reduce friction. Another aid to reduce friction is a rub relief stick, it coats your feet in a clear waxy substance that
help protect against that stubborn slingback strap.
Last
but not least my dears is Moleskin.
It is a great product to prevent blisters. It a soft adhesive cotton that you
can cut and stick to your sensitive spots and you can always line the inside of
shoe. So ladies if your shoe cuts a little to close to the skin your can line
it with this fabric to add a little plush to it.
Well that is all we have for now but
ladies if you have any additional comfort solutions add them in the comment
