How to Keep Sweaty Feet at Bay

I know you all are as excited as l am about this beautiful weather we’re having this season. It’s great weather to go jogging, walking, or just a fun lunch with friends, but with heat comes sweat. With all this hot weather we are at risk of some very sweaty feet so I just wanted to give you ladies some tips on how to stay away from wet feet and quick tips on smelly feet.
Ladies don’t be embarrassed about a little moisture in the feet department. There are over 250,000 sweat glands in the foot; they have to be used sometimes. There are studies that say the bacteria that lives on your skin and in your shoes eats your sweat. It produces an acid byproduct that reeks, according to some studies. It's a natural process, but luckily you can reduce the bacteria by creating a drier habitat for your feet

Tip 1 for a sweaty foot is talcum powder! Dust talcum powder on your feet, on your sandals, in your sneakers, wherever you’re about to stick your foot. Dust powder on it first. Talcum powder is an astringent it will dry out your feet. Option two is baking soda fights against bacteria, and number three is cornstarch helps absorb sweat.
Use one or all of the above and you should have the driest feet in the land.

Tip 2 do a tea soak. Yes, a tea soak. Soak your feet for 30minutes a day for a week in black tea and the tannic should dry out your feet reducing its sweat production. Or possibly Apply aluminum acetate. This will dry out your feet. Mix 1 packet Domeboro powder or 2 tablespoons Burow's Solution in 1 pint of water. Soak for 10 to 20 minutes at a time.

Tip 3, Remember to wash, rotate, and take off your shoes often. Allow your feet and shoes to breath and be refreshed. Switch out the padding in the shoe every so often or simply throw it in the wash. Remember it takes a full 24 hours to allow your shoes to dry, don’t rush the process it will only lead to worst results.

Tip 4 I know you all will be so surprised by this last tip for sweaty feet. DEORADANT. You can use the same antiperspirant that you use for under your arms as for the bottom of your feet. I suggest using two different sticks, but whatever floats your boat.

Now you all about these stinky feet we have a few options for you as well.

Tip 1 :Wash your socks you all, and if possible wash them with bleach. The sweat in your foot is absorbed by the sock and dried when you take them off. If you reuse your socks without washing you are reheating the old sweat which can create a smell. So make sure you wash your socks, even more helpful to wash them inside out to remove all of the skin flakes.

Tip 2 : Use cedar wood or cloves to freshen your shoes. Allow them to sit in your shoes for about a week and the smell will slowly disappear.

Tip 3: Mix vinegar in water. This makes skin more acidic. Add a 1/2 cup vinegar for every 1 quart of water.
Keep in mind that some people's foot odor can be described as "vinegary" so if this is you, this soak might make things worse
There are a bunch of different foot soaks to remedy a bunch of ailments.
Salt Water: Using ½ cup of kosher salt for every quart of water, soak your feet for approximately twenty minutes each day. Do not rinse your feet after removing them from the water. Instead, dry them thoroughly and go about your day.

Bleach: Use bleach with caution; it has the potential to over-dry your feet and skin. Add two tbsp of bleach to a gallon of warm water and soak your feet in the solution for five to ten minutes a day for one week. If you find this solution dries your skin too much, try adding a little baby oil to it before soaking.
These three are geared more for smell reduction

The forth and final tip my wonderful readers: Wash your feet on a daily basis. If you sweat a lot wash them twice a day put on some powder or deodorant and should be able to keep the moisture and bacteria away which is where the smell comes from.

An extra tip on socks: Wear wicking socks made of natural or acrylic fiber blends that draw the moisture away from your feet instead of trapping it. Some synthetic blends are designed to wick moisture away from the skin and work best to keep the feet dry. One hundred percent cotton socks absorb moisture but do not wick it away from the skin and frequently lead to blisters, so they should be avoided.

We have given you guys a bunch of options. If any questions please let us know. If you have any other suggestions let us know as well, we want to know what worked and what didn’t. We care about you all and want to hear from you guys.

What Shoes Go With What

Hello you all, thanks for joining us. I know you all can barely contain your excitement for todays topic. School is back in session so the “less is more is” idea is out the window. You now have to be presentable as you go in class and meet people; we all know how vital first impressions are. So we are going to help you ladies make the best ones. I guess a good amount of you all have bought new shoes either for yourself, your kids, or your waiting until refund checks drop to spurge and shop until you drop. We are going to give you ladies tips on how to dress your shoes with the right outfit, because black vans do not go with everything. Trust me I tried.

Let’s start with old faithful: Wedges. I personally not a fan but everything is not for everybody as a young rapper once said.
Wedges are very comfortable and fashionable. They can go with nearly every outfit. They vary in height, material, and texture just in the heel. Wedges add definition and shape to heavy ankles, making them appear thinner. It goes with casual dresses, trousers, and knee length dresses. Wedges can look a little clunky, especially when paired with very tight-fitting clothing.

The up and coming star is the: kitten heel. They have been trying to steal the spotlight for a good amount of time. Do you think they are do a reboot the same way they did sneaker wedges? Stop production and then all of a sudden flood the market with them.
Back to the shoes, This is practical alternative to the pump works with both office attire and eveningwear, and the shorter heel makes them super-comfortable. Kitten heels also look great with uber-feminine retro looks a la Audrey Hepburn. I feel if you are a bit younger you have to work harder to not make them add age to you. But they are completely workable and very trendy.

My favorite shoes to look at: The Stiletto
Stilettos -- the ultimate in sexy -- make your legs look amazing. Wear these shoes with pencil skirts or slim pants. Avoid wearing stilettos with mini skirts you don’t want your woo-haa saying hello to everyone at every slip. There is a fine line between sexy and trashy, and those pairing crosses it most time, but I believe every rule has exceptions. Stilettos are the most hunted of high heels when it comes to prescribed events. It works much better with long and voluminous full length dresses; it can also toil with short dresses. It can be paired with short dresses for clubbing, birthday and parties. Especially try with palazzo pants or a nice full midi skirt. You will thank me. Also nude(that match your complexion not the actual color nude) pumps with bare legs elongate and slim your gams Skinny heels are slimming, but can look disproportional on thicker legs; choose a more substantial heel to balance everything out.

LADIES! Listen to me carefully, I mean no harm. Sneakers and dresses do not go together! Do not let people deceive you into believing that. Nooo, don’t do it. You cannot wear a mini dress with Jordan’s, and you can’t wear a maxi dress with vans. I know how comfy it is and I know how easy it is to pull out old faithful when it comes to running out the house, but look to sandals – specifically gladiators they are quick and easy and usually quite comfortable.
Gladiators: This Roman footwear can be paired with a long tunic dress or maxi-style halter dress. Most gladiator sandals are versatile, and look good with either plain or trendy dresses, mini or maxi. Ballet flats are a classic that never goes out of style, ballet flats lend a trendy yet ladylike touch to an outfit.
Now about these Flip-flops, As comfortable as these super-casual shoes are, they are not meant for anywhere other than the beach or the spa. If you must run errands in them, the fashion police may look the other way if they are in a good mood. But don't make this mistake of these shoes becoming your everyday pair

Now the fall favorite: Boots.
No shoe closet is complete without a great pair of knee-high boots, and no fashionista is complete without a good pair of thigh-high boots. Pair with leggings to extend the boot, nice pair of denim jeans, better yet right before it gets too cold pair it with some shorts and moto jacket. All eyes would be on you. Also, equestrian boots look great over skinny jeans. Booties with a heel make a run-of-the-mill knee-length skirt into a fashion statement,. Even cowboy booties get new life when paired with a cute sundress and cowboy boots with jeans.
Winter calls for boots, wider heels (to avoid slipping), loafers and flats. Fall is flexible too, but avoid the sandals and espadrilles -- they are a bit too summery for the heavier fabrics of the season.

What you wear on your feet can totally transform the rest of your look. The right shoe can elongate and slim your legs, dress your gown up or down, make you flirty, business-like or vampy, and basically make or break your entire look. (But hey, no pressure.) That’s why we are here for you, to make you look and feel like the best you there is. Let us know if you have any questions, concerns or suggestions for the next topic. We love hearing from you guys!

The Best Way to Pamper Yourself

Welcome back to Superb CouThe ture Footwear! We are grateful to have you all learning with us. Today we are going to learn about feet. I know a huge surprise but today we are going to talk about pampering. I don’t know about you all but after 8 hours of working long and hard on my feet I need some pampering.  Since pedicures take away from my bank account and lack there of a foot masseuse on call, I have to find another way. So I am going to share with you all what I found.

One of the best ways to start off your day of pampering, or at least your evening of pampering is a bubble bath. Allow yourself to fully soak and relax your muscles in the warmth of the water.  You can let your frustrations and negatives of the day float away in the drain. Pampering starts from within to relieve the stress outside.
After taking care of the whole body now you can focus on the specific aches and pains.  Read a book and soak your feet. If you have blisters soak with Epsom salt, if you have fungus soak with a pinch of dishwashing soap in the footbath. Foot scrubs are great ways to get rid of any dead skin you may have built up or just reduce the likelihood of blisters.

Another tip is to remember to prop your feet up when you can. It can help reduce swelling after a long day on your feet, since blood and fluids tend to sink to your lower leg. Suffering from yellow toenails? After removing polish, bring back their natural luster with whitening toothpaste! Who knew? Just apply the toothpaste to toenails and let sit for an hour. Also MOISTURIZE don’t walk out the bath and expect your feet to stay soft and luscious after you walk across a rough floor. Faith without work is dead. So you must take some precautions, moisturize your feet at night and after you shower. Even better, moisturize and put socks on while you sleep to better insulate your feet and really condition the tootsies.

My key and final tip is to create a habit of pampering. Don’t wait until you are on E and near a break down before you take some time for yourself. Either you pay a little now or a lot later. The world will not crumble if you take an hour out for yourself once a month or so. It may wobble a bit but I’m sure the sky will still be up once you get back to business. Men, Women everyone needs some me time every so often, so why not start now. Get your favorite book, bust out your favorite candles and your best album and just relax. You deserve it.

Thanks you reading you guys! If you have any concerns tips or questions please let us know and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We appreciate you guys so much!

Foot Problems Associated With Nerve Dam

Hi Ladies,
Now I know you ladies have heard or know that our body is fully connected in some form or another. Your pinky toe is connected to your liver, and your middle finger is connected to your big toe. A nerve connects to another nerve that connects everything, one long tree branch. Have you all ever thought that some of the back pains you may have may be connected to how you treat your feet. Even though your feet may not hurt, they may direct that pain somewhere else.
Maybe this will be an easier explanation, hunger headaches. Your stomach doesn’t necessarily hurt (may growl but no pain) but you have a pounding headache because you haven’t eaten. It goes with many other parts of your body they all are connected.
I just want you all to think about that.
If you are having difficulties moving your feet it may not be a centralized foot problem. For example, if you pinched or hurt a nerve in the lower back and it is irritated or compressed, it can cause pain to radiate along the major sciatic nerve and into the foot. The sciatic is composed of five nerves that join at the lower part of the spine, the sciatic nerve extends down the back of each leg all the way to the toes and connects the spinal cord with the many of the muscles in the leg and foot.

Which could result in a variety of foot issues:

Restricted ability to bring the foot up (heel walk) This specific symptom is the inability to bring the foot upward and may be numbness in the middle lower leg and foot. Heel walk may occur if one of the spinal nerve roots in the lower back that innervates the sciatic nerve is affected.

Foot heaviness or weakness (foot drop) Foot drop refers to a weak or heavy feeling that makes it difficult or impossible to flex the ankle and bring the front of the foot up. Foot drop due to nerve root problem will usually produce pain that radiates down the outside of the calf and over the top of the foot to the big toe.

Difficulty walking on tiptoes, bottom of foot pain may happen. Typical symptoms of pain in the bottom of the foot may include weakness in the calf muscle, making it hard to walk on the tiptoes, raise the heel off the ground, or even complete everyday activities like walking or driving.

If you think you may have any of these go to the doctor. There are no home remedies or quick fixes go to your traditional doctor not your podiatrist. If you ladies have any other problems go the doctor.

Let us know what they said. If you had any of these problems let us know we want to hear from you, your solutions and problems.
